DialMate® Customization
Due to different needs of our clients, we accept requests for changes or modifications to the basic functionality of DialMate.  These changes can range from a simple recalibration of the various timing and time delay protocols used up to more involved changes that affect the basic operation of DialMate.  These changes are often necessary to allow DialMate to support non-standard or proprietary equipment.  Also some relatively minor changes allow DialMate to function in otherwise incompatible situations.

WoodTel is happy to discuss the changes necessary to meet your specifications.  However this service is limited by the following:

  • optimized according to customer's specifications
  • minimum order of 3 units plus customization and restocking charges
  • waiver of FCC approval
