As a call back device, you first call DialMate from a pre-programmed "call back" telephone number and wait for one or two rings to occur before hanging up the telephone. Once DialMate detects the number of rings, it will call you back in a few seconds. Upon answering the call and entering a pre-programmed security code, you can then instruct DialMate to dial any number anywhere in the world. Your call is then charged at the rates of the company that provides the telephone service to your home or office line on which DialMate is installed. Tremendous savings (up to ninety-eight percent) can be realized when there is a disparity in rates between the two locations (for example, USA rates versus other country's rates or residential rates versus payhone/calling card/hotel rates). With DialMate, you can make free local calls (up to 32-mile radius, i.e., double your toll-free calling area) from payphones, hotels, and some cellular/mobile phones. You can call for free from anywhere in the country to anywhere in the country when you use DialMate in combination with a major long distance carrier's Friday free calling promotion.

As a call bridge device, you can call DialMate from any phone, wait for three rings and then hang up. After five seconds, you can redial DialMate's number. On the third ring, DialMate will automatically answer and upon entering the preprogrammed security code and the digit "1", you can then call any number. The first leg (from your location to DialMate) of the call will be charged to the phone number where you are calling from, but the second leg (from DialMate to the called number) will be charged to DialMate's location. You would normally use call bridge when you are within the local (toll-free) calling area of DialMate or your cellular phone allows free air time to call a designated number. It also extends cellular phone calls to international destinations without paying a premium and without modifying your calling plan. 

As a call forwarding device, you can instruct it to forward all incoming calls to wherever you may be. You can change the forwarding number and enable or disable the call forwarding function locally or remotely at any time. 

As a call transfer device, you can instruct it to transfer all incoming calls to wherever you may be. You can change the transfer number and enable or disable the call transfer function locally or remotely at any time.
