WoodTel, Inc., established in August 1997, is dedicated to provide state-of-the-art telecommunication products to businesses and consumers worldwide. The company designs, develops, manufactures, markets and supports a line of stand-alone microcontroller-based telecommunication switch/dialers as well as home automation and private branch exchange controllers. Under its DialMate® services program WoodTel, Inc. also provides consulting and design services and training to original equipment manufacturers, resellers and end users.

With the advent of digital central office exchanges and private branch exchanges, local telephone companies have increased the number of services available to telephone subscribers. These services include three-way (conference) calling, call transfer, direct distance dialing, direct inward dialing, toll-free numbers and many others. The availability of these services has led WoodTel to develop applications for the effective and efficient use of these services to increase productivity in the workplace and to provide great savings and convenience for the consumer.

WoodTel’s DialMate®, which garnered "Best of Show" in the 1997 Computer Telephony Expo and "Editors’ Choice" in Computer Telephony Magazine, provides the basic platform for the remote control of a telephone line, a private branch exchange extension or a home automation system, using the local telephone company services.

WoodTel markets and distributes its products through national and international distributors of telecommunication and computer products, telecommunication service providers, value-added resellers and  the interconnect industry. It is currently negotiating licensing the manufacture and marketing of its products to manufacturers and distributors worldwide.
